This contract is void if it is not signed and received with full fee by __________.
Set-up may begin at 7:00 a.m. Exhibitors supply own table. Please have all merchandise set up by 8:30 a.m. or space may be resold.
Exhibitors unload, set up and park at the direction of show personnel.
Exhibitors will not remove their display before 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitors will remove all trash, papers, boxes, etc. from their space.
Exhibitors will not sell ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. FIREARMS. and ILLEGAL OR EMITTING ITEMS. Exhibitors will not hook up to ELECTRICAL OUTLETS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
Exhibitors will truthfully represent all items (reproductions, 2nds, etc.)
Exhibitors will cooperate fully with all requests of show personnel.
Definition: Exhibitor means "person signing this contract and/or anyone accompanying him/her or doing business using his/her space".
Management will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained by exhibitors in any manner whatsoever.
No refunds or credits for any cancellations for any reason after August 13,2005.
If you exhibited in 2005 and want your same space, you must return the contract by June 30, 2006.
No refunds because of weather. There will be no alternative location.
All booths serving food must comply with the county health codes,
