REMOVAL.OF AUTOMOBILES DURING SNOWSTORMS

12.32.010 Findings--Purpose. The city has an obligation to clear snow from its streets and it is impossible to do so with parked automobiles thereon. In the event of a snowfall of two inches or more or if such snowfall is predicted, all automobiles should be removed from city streets. (Ord. 2-76 §§l, 2, 1976).
12.32.020 Removal required when. It is therefore ordained that all automobiles shall be removed from city streets immediately after a snowfall of two or more inches or any time such a snowfall is predicted. (Ord. 2-76 §3, 1976).
12.32.030 Violation--Penalty. Anyone in violation of this chapter shall be fined twenty five ($25.00) dollars if paid within ten days of the violation, or a fine of fifty ($50.00) dollars if payment is made after ten days.(Ord. 4, 1976). (Eureka 2/ |
