Friday night and Saturday $65 12 -foot space frontage – No Electric

This contract is considered in force upon hitting the 'Submit' button and successful payment of the registration fees. As a condition for my participation in the 2010 Eurekafest, Fine Arts Fair at Eureka Lake Park grounds.  I agree to bear all risk and expense for any loss, theft, or damage to my artwork or other personal property, or injury to my person, regardless of cause, and to abide by all rules and regulations set by the Fair committee.

 
 
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CRAFTERS CONTRACT

Overnight Security will be provided.

  1. This contract is void if it is not received with full fee by July 1st.
  2. Set-up may begin at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday August 20th.  Vendors supply own table/awnings.
  3. Vendors unload, set-up, and park at the direction of event coordinators.
  4. Vendors will not remove their displays prior to 6:00p.m on August 22nd without permission.
  5. Vendors will remove all trash, papers, boxes, etc. from their space.
  6. Vendors will not sell alcoholic beverages, firearms, and illegal or emitting items.
  7. Vendors will not hook up to electrical outlets without permission.
  8. Vendors will truthfully represent all items (reproductions, 2nds, etc.).
  9. Vendors will cooperate fully with all requests of event coordinators.
  10. Definition: Vendor means “person submitting this contract and/or anyone accompanying him/her or doing business using his/her space”.
  11. Event Organizers or City of Eureka will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained by Vendors in any manner whatsoever.
  12. No refunds or credits for any cancellation for any reason after August 1, 2009.
  13. All booths serving food must comply with the County health codes.
  14. Electrical needs will be filled on a first come first serve basis with available electric on site.
  15. All vendors must not sell any product sold by the carnival at a lesser price.
