TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CRAFTERS CONTRACT

Overnight Security will be provided.
- This contract is void if it is not received with full fee by July 1st, 2010.
- Set-up may begin at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday August 20th. Vendors supply own table/awnings.
- Vendors unload, set-up, and park at the direction of event coordinators.
- Vendors will not remove their displays prior to 6:00p.m on August 22nd without permission.
- Vendors will remove all trash, papers, boxes, etc. from their space.
- Vendors will not sell alcoholic beverages, firearms, and illegal or emitting items.
- Vendors will not hook up to electrical outlets without permission.
- Vendors will truthfully represent all items (reproductions, 2nds, etc.).
- Vendors will cooperate fully with all requests of event coordinators.
- Definition: Vendor means “person submitting this contract and/or anyone accompanying him/her or doing business using his/her space”.
- Event Organizers or City of Eureka will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained by Vendors in any manner whatsoever.
- No refunds or credits for any cancellation for any reason after August 1, 2009.
- All booths serving food must comply with the County health codes.
- Electrical needs will be filled on a first come first serve basis with available electric on site.
- All vendors must not sell any product sold by the carnival at a lesser price.
