Roll Call

Approval of Minutes from the July 17, 2006 special Council meeting.

Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

Approval of semi-monthly bills.  

Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).

Consider the hiring of Roger Davis as a part time police officer for the Eureka College contract.  Mr. Waters   Swearing in of Roger Davis.

Presentation of the Fiscal Year April 30, 2005 through May 1, 2006 Audit.  Mr. Gerber.

Consideration of Ordinance 06-14            An Ordinance of the City of Eureka amending Chapter 5.11 of the Eureka Municipal Code creating a City Liquor Code by the addition of 5.11.082 – Separation from service of an applying manager from a licensed corporation.  Mayor Punke

Recommendation from the Planning Commission to allow the issue of building permits for Aikman acres and withhold occupancy permits until the sidewalk is installed.  Mr. Meares

Recommendation to approve the Hill Street sewer extension. Mr. Weidner
