Consideration of the Agreement between the City and the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the CDAP Grant in the amount of $264,820. Mr. Weidner
Recommendation from the City Treasurer Lynn Hinnen to open a non interest bearing checking account at Heartland Bank for the proceeds from the Grant as required in the CDAP Grant Agreement. Mrs. Hinnen
Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) - Personnel employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specified employees. Mr. Meares
