Recommendation from the Public Safety Committee to hire Scott Wilson as a part time police officer to work under the College Contract. Mr. Waters

Recommendation from the Economic Development Committee and the Eureka Planning Commission to approve the Annexation Agreement and Ordinance 07-02 Annexing the Alpha Park Mobile Estates. Mr. Hinnen
Recommendation from the Administration Committee to approve the quote from Heinold Banwart LTD to perform the Fiscal Year 06-07 audit at a cost of $9,500 and $600 to prepare and file the Annual Financial report required by the State of Illinois. Mr. Meares
Recommendation from the Public Safety Committee to approve the purchase and order of the 2007 Police vehicle at a cost of $21,000. The last day to order this vehicle is prior to the end of the Fiscal Year 06-07. The vehicle will not be paid for prior until the new Fiscal Year 07-08 and approval of the Budget.
Recommendation from the Enterprise Committee to approve the increase in the water and sewer rates by one and a half (1 ½ %) percent effective with the May 1, 2007 billing. Water will increase eight (8¢) cents per one thousand gallons and sewer will increase five (5¢) cents per one thousand gallons. The minimum billing for two thousand gallons or less will be $18.06, the prior minimum billing was $17.80 a twenty six (26¢) cent increase. Mr. Weidner
Council authorization to file the “No Further Remediation” letter acknowledging the City has completed the site remediation program DRM-1 (Brownfield Grant) for the property at 925 W. Center. Mr. Hinnen
