Recommendation from the Public Safety Committee to approve Resolution R-07-09 An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Eureka City Council to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Eureka Police Department and the Community Unit District #140 for the continuation of the School Resource Officer.  Mr. Punke

Recommendation from the Public Safety Committee to approve the hiring of one full time police officer to fill a vacated position and if needed two part-time police officers to fulfill the College contract.  Mr. Punke

Consideration to reject the Hinrichsen Plumbing and Heating proposal to install the central air conditioning for the City building due to lack of response to notification of acceptance dated June 5th.  Mr. Meares

Consideration to accept the proposal from R. Klaus Plumbing for $3,135.75 to install a 2 ½ ton central 13 seer A/C unit.  Mr. Meares
