Consideration of Resolution R – 07-12 a resolution to authorize the transfer of a parcel of land owed by the City of Eureka to Congerville, Eureka, Goodfield Unit 140 School District.  This is the triangular piece of  property directly East of the Eureka Middle school containing 1.29 acres as shown on the plat presented by Congerville, Eureka, Goodfield Unit District 140.  Mr. Waters
    

9. Consideration of approval of the Mayor’s Proclamation, proclaiming the City’s support for the National Guard and Reserve Units of the Military.  Mayor Punke 
    

10. Consideration of the 2008 Pick-up schedule for brush, heavy appliances, leaf and 2009 Christmas tree pick-up dates.  Mr. Waters
     

11. Consideration to rescind the motion from the November 19, 2007 council meeting “to list only those businesses on the City web site that are within the corporate limits and to apply a $25 annual fee for all others within the Unit District 140 taxing district” amended to read “to allow businesses within the Unit District 140 taxing district to be listed on the City Web page without a fee and with the Economic Development Committee to have the authority to wave the fee for any business outside this area”.  Mayor Punke
