  7. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).
     

  8. Recommendation to approve Resolution R-08-02 a Resolution for Temporary Closure of a State Maintained Roadway for the Memorial Day Parade May 26, 2998.  Mr. Punke
     

  9. Recommendation to approve Resolution R-08-03 a Resolution for Temporary Closure of a State Maintained Roadway for the 4th of July parade, 2008.  Mr. Punke
     

  10. Consideration of the Mayor’s Proclamation P-08-02 proclaiming May 11th to May 17th as Police Week and to observe May 15th as Peace Officer’s Memorial Day in the City of Eureka. Mayor Punke
