  3. Approval of Minutes from the May 5, 2008 Council meeting. 

  4. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items. 

  5. Approval of semi-monthly.

  6. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting). 

  7. Recommendation from the Park Committee to approve the quote from Koener Electric for $5,875 to install three power receptacles in the lower park.  Mr. Hinnen  

  8. Recommendation from the Administration Committee to approve Resolution R-08-04 a Resolution authorizing the disposal of City property.  Included for disposal are 12 decorative lights from the downtown that were removed and the metal jungle gym and slide at the park to be disposed  of as scrape metal will be advertised to accept sealed bids. Mr. Meares  

  9. Recommendation from the Administration Committee to approve the Agreement with Mark Maloney to serve as the Building Inspector from May 2008 until April 30, 2009. Mr. Meares 

  10. Recommendation from the Administration Committee to enter into an Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement with Central Management Services Local Government Health Plan to provide employee Health Insurance from July 1, 2008 to July 1, 2010.  Mr. Meares 

  11. Recommendation from the Park Committee to accept the Agreement for Professional Engineering services with Larkin Aquatics to perform the Municipal Pool Feasibility Study in the amount of $19,000 with $10,000 to be credited to the design and construction phase if the City moves forward.  Mr. Hinnen   

  12. Recommendation to approve Resolution R-08-05 a Resolution by the City of Eureka, Woodford County, Illinois, supporting the continuation of the operation of the Pontiac Correctional Center.  Mr. Meares
