Recommendation from the Planning Commission to approve the Memorandum of Understanding Agreement, Waiver and Release for Single Family Residential Construction.  This would allow construction of single family residential homes in the College Park Subdivision prior to completion and acceptance of the subdivision by the City and that a maximum number of six (6) single family residential properties would be issued a Memorandum of Understanding, Agreement and Waiver and Release.  .  The agreement is being approved to be used for up to six single-family residential properties within the subdivision and not individual property or owners.  Mr. Hinnen

Consideration of the approval of the low bid from G.A. Rich for $9,638 to remove the old hydrant and replace the fire hydrant at Mitchell and Curtis Court.  Engineers estimate was $10,250  Mr. Hinnen
