Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Minutes from the July 21, 2008 Council meeting.

Approval of semi-monthly bills.

Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).

Presentation of the Fiscal Year 07-08 Audit.  Aaron Phillips.

Recommendation from the Enterprise Committee to participate in the water main replacement along Highview Drive to serve eight (8) residents and one (1) business. The City will with the approval of the annexation agreements, agree to pay the difference to upgrade the required four (4) inch water main to a six (6) inch (minimum to install a fire hydrant), the installation of two fire hydrants and one-half the cost of the engineering for an amount not to exceed $11,000.  Mr. Hinnen

Consideration of the annexation petitions and agreements from Mike Lockart, Dean Fetters, Kinyon Gorton, Steve Bravieri and J & J Cleaners - Dennis Musick-.  All properties located on Highview Drive that is not currently annexed and will be participating in the water main replacement.  Mr. Hinnen
