Consideration of Resolutions R-08-06 and R-08-07 requesting a permit from the Illinois Department of Transportation to close a portion of Route 117 for the Eureka High School Homecoming Parade September 26, 2008 and the Eureka College Homecoming parade October 25, 2008. Mr. Punke
