Consideration of the Petition for annexation, annexation agreement and Ordinance 08-16 annexing a part of the water plant ground along Route 117. In particular the area directly west of the water plant containing 1.38 acres more or less. Mr. Meares
 

Consideration of request to approve the College Park Subdivision contingent on the completion and approved operation of the sewer lift station, installation and testing of the back-up generator, paving of the west end of James Street in the spring of 2009 and approved outside consultant’s review of the subdivision construction standards, with the City to hold the bond until all work is completed and approved.
