Consideration of Ordinance 09-01 an ordinance of the city of Eureka, Woodford County, Illinois, providing for and requiring the submission of the question of issuing not to exceed $4,000,000.00 general obligation bonds for purposes of constructing a swimming pool to the voters of the City of Eureka, Woodford County, Illinois, at the consolidated election to be held on the 7th day of April, 2009
