IX. Recommendation from the Park Committee to purchase a Carrier 70,000 BTU gas Furnace from Heinold Heating & Air Condition for the Park Pavilion at a cost of $1,525. Mr. Hinnen R. Klaus & Sons $1,500 – Coleman 60,000 BTU Heinold Heating $1,525 – Carrier 70,000 BTU

X. Recommendation from the Park Committee to enter into an agreement with Melrose Pyrotechnics, Inc. in the amount of $13,000 for the fireworks display on the 4th of July. Mr. Hinnen

XI. Recommendation from the Budget Committee to approve Budget Ordinance 09-02 An ordinance budgeting for all corporate purposes for the City of Eureka, Woodford County, Illinois for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2009 and ending April 30, 2010 all expenditures in the amount of $3,154,784. Mr. Waters
