  7. Recommendation from the Maintenance Committee to approve Resolution R-01 a Resolution authoring up to $150,000 in Motor Fuel Tax expenditures for 2009.  Mr. Waters
     

  8. Recommendation from the Maintenance Committee to assist the Kaufman Golf Course through the use of the backhoe to move dirt to help repair a berm.  Mr. Waters
     

  9. Recommendation from the Maintenance Committee to approve the schedule for the Junk day Pick-up beginning with Ward I as budgeted for in Fiscal Year 09-10.  Mr. Waters
