Consideration of Ordinance 09-04 – An Ordinance Adopting the National Incident Management System (NIMS) which is the standard for Incident Management. The adoption of this program is a requirement for receipt of Federal Grants. Recommendation from the Administration Committee to discontinue the City’s current recycling program and to promote the use of the ADDWC recycling center. Mr. Meares.

Recommendation from the Administration Committee to approve Ordinance 09-05 - An Ordinance amending the Eureka Municipal Code Zoning Ordinance with the addition of Section 17.13.1 – Rate Fee Structure, Permit & Inspection Fees charged for all construction within the City of Eureka requiring a building permit per the Eureka Municipal Code Zoning Ordinance.
