  7. Consideration of the approval of the bid from Eppel Construction in the amount of $103,434.62 for the 2009 MFT street work. The engineers estimate was $108,169.77 Mr. Waters

  8. Consideration of the approval of the bid from Midwest Asphalt Repair, Inc. in the amount of $10,282.90 for 2009 MFT spray patch work. Budgeted $9,999.10. Mr. Waters
     
  9. Consideration of the agreement with Mr. Brandon Bressner of 624 Webster Avenue for connection to the City municipal water system. Mr. Hinnen
     
  10. Consideration of reimbursement of $3,127.38 for installation of the water service line to Mr. Bressner and the return of the $475 paid for connection to the City water system and meter. Mr. Hinnen
     
  11. Consideration of the replacement of the culvert on Mitchell Drive which has developed a cavity beneath the road surface. Mr. Waters
     
  12. Consideration of the replacement and upgrade of the water main that runs under or next to the culvert on Mitchell Drive considered for replacement with necessary shut-off valves and backstops to perform the work. Mr. Hinnen.
     
  13. Lynn Hinnen, City Treasurer is requesting permission to move the Enterprise Sewer Fund accounts from IPTIP (Illinois Funds) to a local bank that is offering a higher interest rate. Mr. Waters
