  8. Steve Smith from Farnsworth Group will present information on the MET (Meteorological Study) grant.
     

  9. Recommendation from the Enterprise Committee to contract with Farnsworth Group for up to $1,500 to write the MET (Meteorological Study) Grant under the Illinois Clean Energy. The grant will pay for a majority of the wind tower study. Mr. Hinnen
     

  10. Consideration of Ordinance 09-06 ascertaining the prevailing rate of wage for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed on public works for the City of Eureka. Mr. Mears
     

  11. Consideration of Mayors appointment of Chris Shoemaker as the hearing officer for the City for Public Hearings related to Ordinance 10.010 Seizure and Impounding of Vehicles. Mayor Punke
     

  12. Recommendation of the Enterprise Committee to the award of the sewer plant paving contract to Eppel, Inc. in the amount of $22,103.67. The Engineers estimate was $29,441.63. Mr. Hinnen

  13. Consider the quote from Knapp Concrete for $5,540 to perform the driveway concrete repair work for driveways that were torn up during the repair of water breaks. Court Street and Hospital Maintenance garage. Lone Wolf quoted $$5,668. Mr. Hinnen
     

  14. Consider the quote from Knapp Concrete for $6,720 to perform the sidewalk and curb work beginning east of the hospital maintenance building driveway to the corner of north Darst with a handicap ramp. The cost to the City will be $3,360 contingent on the hospitals final approval of the cost share of the project. This is below the $4,000 budgeted amount. Lone Wolf quoted $7,880. Mr. Waters
