  8. Consideration of Mayor’s appointment of the Blue Ribbon Committee to serve in the selection process for the Superintendent of Streets and Maintenance and Chief of Police. Membership is comprised of Dick Bown, Ken Baxter, Barb Wertz, Eric Hasselbacher, Nate Zeltwanger and Rich Waters. Mayor Punke
     

  9. Consideration of the payment of the tent, chair and table rental for the Sesquicentennial in the amount of $5,260 until reimbursements are received from organizations for their portion of the cost and the sale of Sesquicentennial merchandise. Mr. Sancken
     

  10. Consideration of Resolution 09-08. A Resolution requesting temporary closure of Route 117 for the Eureka High School Homecoming Parade October 9, 2009. Mr. Zeltwanger
     

  11. Consideration of Resolution 09-09. A Resolution requesting temporary closure of Route 117 for the Eureka College Homecoming Parade October 10, 2009. Mr. Zeltwanger
