  6. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).
     

  7. Consideration of Ordinance 09-13 to abate the taxes for the Sewer General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $163,309 and Ordinance 09-12 to abate the property taxes for the Water General Obligation Bonds. Mr. Hinnen
     

  8. Consideration of the proposed Ordinance 09-14 City of Eureka Tax Levy for property taxes to be received in 2010 in the amount of $297,928 levying taxes for all corporate purposes. This is an increase of $10,000 in taxes levied for 2009. Mr. Waters
     

  9. Recommendation from the Eureka Planning and Zoning Commission to approve Ordinance 09-14 an ordinance adopting the 2009 edition of the Eureka Municipal Zoning Code. Mr. Meares
     

  10. Recommendation from the Enterprise Committee to approve the expenditure of up to $8,000 for the upgrade of the construction of a 4″ water main by Randy Grusy in the 700 block of North Main to an 8″ water main, upgrade the flush hydrant to a full hydrant and to share in one-half the cost of the engineering. This is contingent on annexation by Mr. Grusy of the three homes. Mr. Hinnen
     

  11. Recommendation from the Enterprise Committee to extend the time frame for Brandon Bressner at 624 Webster to disconnect from the private water line until April of 2010 to allow time for a pending annexation which would make the Bressner property contiguous to the City and his ability to annex and remain on the private line. Mr. Hinnen
     

  12. Executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of an employee.
