  8. Consideration of Resolution 10-1 a resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to $105,000 in Motor Fuel Tax Funds. Mr. Waters
     

  9. Recommendation from the Economic Development Committee to approve the Municipal Agreement with the Local Dealerships to participate in an incentive program for new car sales with providing $250 in Eureka EBA gift checks with the purchase of a new vehicle. $125 from the City and $125 from the dealerships. Mr. Sancken
