  6. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).
     

  7. Recommendation from the Park Committee to approve Ordinance 10-03 an ordinance amending the Eureka Municipal Code to allow boats with gasoline motors on Eureka Lake with a permit issued by the City. Mr. Hinnen
     

  8. Recommendation from the Public Safety Committee to put up “Slow Children Playing” signs; one at the east end of Eureka Avenue at Henry Street; and one on the west end of Eureka Avenue both will be on the Woodford County Housing Authority property. Mr. Zeltwanger.
     

  9. Recommendation from the Public Safety Committee to approve Ordinance 10-05 an ordinance amending the City of Eureka Standard Policy and Procedure Manual Chapter – 20 with the addition of the General Order to change the policy for Police Officers regarding firearms. Under the new policy the City will no longer provide Police Officers with firearms and the Officers will be required to provide their own firearm as approved under the Policy. Mr. Zeltwanger
