Public Hearing and consideration of the request from Congerville, Goodfield and Eureka Community Unit School District 140 to change the zoning at 305 S. Hilldale from R -1 to R - 2 and to allow the construction of a parking lot on this property.

Discussion concerning the parking lot paving for the Comer Stone Restaurant.
