  2. Consider the approval of the Minutes from the April 19, 2007 regular meeting.

  3. Consideration of the signage for the Comer Stone Restaurant at the West Side Business Park.

  4. Public Hearing and consideration of the request to allow from Scott Johnson and Chris Schmidgall owners of the property located in the 100 Block of Grandview Circle to allow the garbage dumpster to remain in the front yard.

  5. Public Hearing and consideration of the request from Congerville, Goodfield and Eureka Community Unit School District 140 to change the zoning at 305 S. Hilldale from R -1 to R - 2 and to allow the construction of a parking lot on this property.

  6. Discussion concerning the parking lot paving for the Comer Stone Restaurant.

  7. Review of Special Use.
