Consider the approval of the Minutes from the November 15, 2007 regular meeting.
Review plan submitted by Eureka Community Hospital to expand the Hospital south to the parking lot at the corner of Major and Eureka with the need for the City to vacate a portion of Eureka A venue to allow for the construction.
Consideration of site plan to construct several 4-plex units in the Eureka College subdivision.
Consider the request to revise the material requirements for new construction. Exterior sheeting ~" ply, shingles 70 mph, wall insulation R-30 and attic R-40.
