  3. Public Hearing on the final subdivision plat presented by Don Litwiller to develop Lakeview Acre, Section 14-B to subdivide 40 lots.
  4. Consideration of the final subdivision plat presented by Don Litwiller to develop Lakeview Acre, Section 14-B to subdivide 40 lots.
  5. Review of plans for a drive-up window at the Dairy Barn III at the Lakeview Shopping Center. The owners have the approval and agreement with the American Legion for use of their drive-way entrance off of Route 117 to exit the drive through window due to safety and the reduction of parking for the American Legion if the Dairy Barn directed the exit drive back toward the South and removed the parking now used by the American Legion
