Call to order (Chairman) and roll call.
Consider the approval of the Minutes from the March 18, 2010 regular meetings.
Public hearing on the request for a variance from the Eureka Apostolic Christian Home to allow for the rental of a portion of the property they own at 602 W. Center to display gazebos and storage sheds which are for sale by a local business.
Consideration of the variance request from the Eureka Apostolic Home.
Public hearing on the request from Scott and Amy Meyers at 208 N. Shaft Street to reduce the front yard requirements from twenty (20) feet to seven (7) feet along Shaft Street and to one (1) foot along Bullock Street and to increase the fence height requirement from four (4) feet to six (6) feet to construct a fence.
Consideration of the variance request from Scott and Amy Meyers.
Consideration of the request to designate 16 lots at the College Park Subdivision for Zero Lot Development.
