Call to order (Chairman) and roll call.
Consider the approval of the Minutes from the May 20, 2010 regular meetings.
Consideration of the request from Scott and Amy Meyers at 208 N. Shaft Street to reduce the front yard requirements from twenty (20) feet to seven (7) feet along Shaft Street and to one (1) foot along Bullock Street and to increase the fence height requirement from four (4) feet to six (6) feet to construct a fence.
