Call to order (Chairman) and roll call. 

Consider the approval of the Minutes from the May 20, 2010 regular meetings.

Public Hearing on the variance request from Melvin Hartter to reduce the side yard requirement to three (3) feet.

Consideration of the request from Melvin Hartter to reduce the side yard requirements from six (6) feet to three (3) feet.

Consideration of the request from Scott and Amy Meyer at 204 N. Shaft Street to reduce the front yard requirements from twenty (20) feet to seven (7) feet along Shaft Street and to one (1) foot along Bullock Street and to increase the fence height requirement from four (4) feet to six (6) feet to construct a fence.

Consideration of the annexation agreement to maintain the A- Agriculture zoning for the property to be annexed by Randy Grusy, Brandon Bressner and Randolph Bressner on Webster Street and behind the houses on North Main Street. (see attached map)
