Consider the approval of the Minutes from the November 17, 2011 regular meeting.

Public Hearing on the request from William Embry of Henderson-Weir Real Estate Agency (representing Gary Greene of Parkview Subdivision) to change the zoning on Lot 13 (Tax ID 14-18-304-013) of Parkview Subdivision from R-1 to R-2 and to increase the lot size of Lot 13 by reducing the size of Lot 14 (Tax ID 14-18-304-014).

Consideration of request from Don Litwiller to move detention basin and record an updated plat to illustrate this change for the Walnut Grove Addition.

Consideration of request from Don Litwiller to split the parcel of land belonging to Blake Parsons at 1613 South Main Street to accommodate a new business and for the review and acceptance of a plat designed for this business.

Consideration of request from Leroy Jording, owner of Eureka Automotive  located at 105 W. Graham St., to obtain a special use for the sale of guns at his business in which he currently sells automotive parts. 

Discussion and review to update of Comprehensive Plan for City of Eureka.
