MINUTES OF THE EUREKA CITY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
January 15, 2009

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mick Simenc.  Present were Hinnen, Cuffe, and Knepp.  Mr. Wertz was absent. 

The minutes of the October 16, 2008 meeting were moved for approval by Mr. Knepp and second by Cuff. The November 20, 2008 minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Hinnen and second by Mr. Knepp.  All votes yes.

The Commission reviewed the HI-View subdivision plat presented by Mr. Imhoff and Tony Dowiatt.  The County had approved the plat with several changes which were made by Mr. Dowiatt.  The changes were making the flood zone areas more distinctive and the drawing of the tracts 1-A and 2-B showing all lot lines.  It was moved by Mr. Cuffe and second by Hinnen to approve the preliminary plat as presented.  All voted yes.

The meeting was moved for adjournment by Mr. Cuffe and second by Mr. Knepp.  All voted yes.
