Minutes

Meeting called to order by Mick Simenc, Jim Cuffe, Stan Wertz, and Al Hinnen present.  Ken Knepp absent. Mayor Scott Punke

The minutes from 3/19/2009 were moved for approval by Cuffe, Second by Wertz.  All voted yes.

Plans for a drive-up window at the Dairy Barn III were reviewed and discussed.  The following questions need to be addressed:

1. Where are the Dairy Barn III lot Lines?
2. Does the owner of Lakeview Shopping Center agree with this?
3. Is the Driveway hard surfaced? Needs to be?
4. Signage for Driveway?
5. Garbage & Oil designations – What are these and who do they belong to?
6. Is there sufficient lighting behind the building?
7. Who owns the building & the Lot?
8. Provisions for parking and permission?

Tabled for lack of sufficient information and representation.

There were no public comments.
