The February Meeting was held at Maple Lawn Homes with 13 in attendance. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. The minutes of the last meeting were accepted for filing. Treasury balance is $10,690.26

Jason Shultz from Woodford Co Journal suggested that we have one person contact him with our activities that need to be published. John Green volunteered to be media coordinator, liason with the newspaper and asked members to send info to him for release.
Commitee Reports:
EBA Mission statement was discussed and Marge & Eldon's ideas were found to conform to the statement. Lany Rutley asked Eldon to explain proposal, Marge Ulrich explained her proposal to promote Eureka Business using insert in paper with coupons redeemable at stores. John Green suggested that we combine programs. Donna S. made motion to move ahead with Eldon's idea. Chad Martin 2nd and it was approved. Lisa suggested we move ahead with Marge's idea. Anyone interested in helping Marge (Eureka Bucks) should Contact her.
Brighten our Business:
Flower pots were discussed. Eldon asked Vada to be involved with it this year.
City:
Jim Meares said city is going to finish intersection beautification. Donna asked about liqour license.
Old Business:
Duane S. said Jim Klaus of Lion's Club is working on replacing Welcome to City of Eureka signs.
New Business:
Greg Hollenberg is setting up a computer consulting business where Ken's Clockshop was on Main Street.
