City: Jim Meares shared that the City is installing the Bullock to Henry sewer main replacement and the college subdivision is nearing completion. FEMA is still taking claims for flood damage.  Flyers are at the city hall and library. The City filed a $115,000 claim with FEMA for the sewer plant. They are replacing a damaged electrical panel and need to work on the facility’s entrance.  The City passed the 2009 Tax Levy with no increase.

Sesquicentennial Update: Laura Siscoe said that a Day in the Life of 1859 will be May 16 at 4-H Park or at the middle school if it rains.  Cookbook sales are going well; crock sales are a little slow.

New Business:

Eldon LiaBraaten brought up the idea of EBA t-shirts for members to wear to EBA events.  A discussion ensued about colors and wording.  If dues are in by December 31, members will get one free t-shirt. A motion was made and carried.
