The City of Eureka is currently working with Klaus Plumbing and Heating to install new transponders to everyone that receives city water. If you live inside the city or outside of the city; provided that you are on the city’s water system, we will be replacing your old transponder. There is no charge for the transponders or for the work preformed by Klaus Plumbing in replacing the transponders.
Klaus Plumbing and Heating have started to send out letters requesting that homeowners call and set up an appointment to have one of their trained professionals come and install your new transponder. So if you receive this letter:
“To whom it may concern,
The City of Eureka has a contract with us to update several water meters over the next few months. Please call our office at 467-3450 to provide us a good phone number that will be used to schedule appointments.
Thank you,
Klaus Plumbing and Heating, LLC”
please call them and get your appointment set up for your convenience. All appointments need to be made through Klaus Plumbing and Heating by calling (309) 467-3450.
